The ILO website project—an ILA branch dedicated to early childhood education for children aged 1 to 5—fell under my responsibility for complete technical execution. My work involved selecting and managing external vendor partnerships while providing technology recommendations to the Marketing team for preschool audiences and ensuring the website design appealed to parents through age-appropriate engagement strategies. My work involved developing APIs that linked website inquiries to the CRM system for enhanced lead tracking. During the entire project duration I oversaw vendor performance while maintaining design consistency with ILO branding and managed the timeline to achieve successful project completion.
