Serving as Infrastructure-System Manager for Digital-CRM at ILA Vietnam has developed my abilities in cross-functional collaboration alongside system optimization and vendor management while making data-driven decisions. My track record shows consistent success in developing and executing solutions that synchronize technological advancements with business objectives. To advance into a Technical Lead position within New Zealand's competitive innovation market, I need to bolster my system architecture design skills while also enhancing my leadership abilities and gaining more experience with Agile methodologies and cloud-native technologies.

Career Development Goals

My pursuit of becoming a Technical Lead in New Zealand drives me to concentrate on expanding both my personal abilities and professional skills. My technical aspirations include advancing my knowledge of scalable architecture patterns alongside microservices and DevOps practices while focusing on advanced cloud computing within AWS and GCP platforms. My intentions include obtaining AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Google Professional Cloud Architect credentials during the upcoming 12 months. Moreover, I am engaged in developing my English technical communication skills which are vital for leadership positions within international teams. My plan includes signing up for leadership and Agile project management courses to develop abilities in team mentoring along with sprint planning and stakeholder management. My personal goal involves building cultural fluency alongside networking skills within New Zealand's tech sector to ensure smooth integration and effective contribution in new work settings.
