Among my key projects, the ILA CRM initiative stands out as a major effort to unify customer information across departmental boundaries through the Odoo platform. My work did not involve direct development of the Odoo system itself, yet I held a pivotal position in maintaining the quality and uniformity of the data that entered it. My primary duty involved scrutinizing all CRM-related systems—including web forms, landing pages, marketing tools, and external data sources—to detect relevant data points and standardize them for integration. The process required an intricate series of data collection steps combined with transformation and validation procedures to guarantee that information entering the CRM maintained both accuracy and reliability. 

I created backend services with Python and FastAPI while automating data workflows through Apache Airflow for scheduling and orchestration. Through Docker deployment I established a scalable development environment which ensured service consistency. During the project’s duration I worked intimately with the Odoo development team to make certain our data structure matched the CRM’s framework. This project enhanced my skills in data integration along with process automation and API development while demonstrating my cross-functional collaboration capabilities on enterprise-level systems.
