My role in the ILA Recruitment project involved creating two separate platforms: one for general recruitment purposes and another specifically for teacher recruitment. My responsibilities on the teacher recruitment site project mirrored those on the main ILA website project, where I selected vendors and managed them while consulting with internal stakeholders about technical solutions and developing APIs to integrate applicant data into internal systems. The entire development process for the general recruitment website was managed by me without assistance. The system development involved using Laravel for backend processes while implementing VueJs for frontend tasks to achieve a responsive and user-friendly interface. I integrated FastAPI into the system to achieve real-time data synchronization with the HRM system which resulted in enhanced internal processing and candidate tracking. Through this project I merged practical full-stack development work with architectural planning and system integration which enhanced my abilities in scalable web development and real-time data automation—essential skills for future technical leadership positions.
